Through THE VORTEX VIRTUAL PROGRAMING – Our Workshop with Michael Jahoda, on Zoom from Amsterdam! with musicians from both Amsterdam and Austin. Process and Final Choreography!!! Mar. 28/2021

We continue our collaboration with fabulous, Amsterdam based, choreographer Michael Jahoda. We have also been working in collaboration with 4 local musicians and 2 musicians from Amsterdam. They created an Original Score, for the workshop and for the choreographic product!

Charlie Tovar, violin and cello

Amsterdam Musicians:

Robbert van Hulzen  and Dirk Bruinsma, Objet trouvé percussion instruments

GUEST DANCERS: Bug Shields (Chicago) and Madeline Jafari (New York City)

WE PRESENT: A CHANGE OF HEART “Things that Change” part 3, A Video Featuring:

“The Next Step” with performance by DSYDT and DSDTKids members & “Re-Switch” original dance created by Michael Jahoda (Amsterdam) and Toni Bravo (Austin) with performance by youth and adult members of Diverse Space Dance Theatre and live original music. Video Creation: Bug Productions.
