*On November 20th, you can be a part of history by participating in a choreographic and video collaboration in support of 350.org and ChangeAustin.org. For this outdoor event we will enlist the audience to help create human installations to be filmed from above and projected in real time onto the stage backdrop. Both the choreography and the images will represent the five elements that are affected by CO2 emissions:  air, water, solar energy, earth and human life.

We believe this performance will present our audience with a unique opportunity to both celebrate life on Earth and appreciate the significance of 350.org and ChangeAustin.org as advocates for a cleaner environment, which can only happen through fair representation.

Originally conceived in October 2009, this is the final chapter of our project in memory of Lucia Rodriguez.
A choreographic and video collaboration, THIRST is an exploration of the significance of water as sustenance and as an agent of growth and inspiration. It examines the possible consequences of neglecting this vital resource.

After the concert, Ms. Bravo will travel to Essen, Germany, and Dublin, Ireland, where she will teach and choreograph a portion of the program for future performances.
A portion of this program was performed as part of A Global Initiative in support of UN World Water Day in March. Coordinated by Diverse Space Dance Theatre, this project will recur each March with simultaneous performances in over 20 locations around the world, through 2014.
